Affiliate Agreement
Each participate in the affiliate program offered at dollar-saver-deals.com
expressly agrees to this affiliate agreement. Please read this agreement
carefully. Unless you expressly agree and consent to this agreement you may not
participate in this affiliate program. By participating in this affiliate
program you are agreeing to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and
conditions of this agreement.
Affiliates:
Each affiliate of dollar-saver-deals.com is an independent contractor and not an
employee. There is no intent to create any type of employer/employee
relationship.
Commissions and Referral Fees:
When a sale is made for a product through your affiliate link the sale is added
to your total number of sales for that specific product.
You earn 100%
commission for all the odd numbered sales (i.e. your 1st sale, your 3rd sale,
your 5th sale, etc.) paid directly to your Paypal account. The commissions for
your even numbered sales (2nd sale, 4th sale, 6th sale, etc.) will be paid
directly into the dollar-saver-deals.com program owner's Paypal account.
When another affiliate registers as an affiliate through one of your sales, your
account is not credited as the sponsoring affiliate and you do not earn a
referral fee. Dollar-saver deals.com offers a single tier affiliate program only
and does not pay any commissions or fees for referring others to join.
However our single tier affiliate program does offer 1 benefit not offered by
most other single tier affiliate programs. When another affiliate registers as
an affiliate through one of your sales pages your affiliate id is associated
with that affiliate's email address so you are the referring affiliate when they
make a purchase through the link I send for new product announcements. In other
words, your affiliate id is contained in the email link I send to all the
affiliates you have recruited through your affiliate link so when they make a
purchase using the link I emailed, you get credited for the sale (
you get the product commission for all the odd
numbered sales in the products sale rotation) .
Income Tax Liabilities
Each affiliate acts as an independent contractor and as such is responsible for
any or all United States, state, or foreign income taxes and any other tax
liabilities that affect or concern the sales of the products or services, in
your state or location. Because the dollar-saver-deals program owner does not
receive any monies for the odd numbered affiliate sales, the program owner does
not withhold any tax or fee monies from the affiliate's commission payments.
Payment Processor Fees
When an affiliate receive 100% of the product price into their Paypal account
when the purchase is made through their affiliate link, the affiliate making the
sale is responsible for 100% of the Paypal processing fee for that purchase. No
processing fees are collected or distributed by the Dollar-Saver-Deals affiliate
program.
Spam And Unsolicited Commercial Email
The Program Operator does not tolerate the sending of unsolicited bulk emails
which promote, or make reference to the Program Operator, or any of their
associated companies or websites, partners, employees, the websites, products or
services. Any affiliate who, in the opinion of the Program Operator, breaches
this rule will have their affiliate status canceled.
Unprofessional Conduct
The Program Operator and their associated companies operate with the strictest
codes of professional conduct. Any affiliate who brings the the Program Operator
or their employees, partners, or associates into disrepute, or who promotes any
form of slander, racism, or unfair business practices, will have their affiliate
status canceled.
Product Returns And Refunds
All products purchased on the Dollar-Saver-Deals website are sold AS-IS with no
guarantee of a refund. If a refund is requested the decision to grant the refund
and issue the payment is the responsibility of the person or business who
received the 100% commission payment for the purchase. Customers can identify
the receiver of the commission on their Paypal receipt.
If a refund is requested for a purchase and the Program Owner received the
commission a 100% refund will be granted and issued. While the Program Owner can
not enforce this policy on the affiliates it is highly recommended because it is
a good business practice.
Termination Of Affiliates And/Or Affiliate Program
Affiliate who violate the terms of this agreement will have their affiliate
status canceled.
There are currently no plans to terminate the Dollar-Saver-Deals affiliate
program. However, due to some unforeseen event ( like a natural disaster or a
third party hijacking the site) the affiliate program may be terminated either
for a limited time or permanently.
Disclaimer
Dollar-Saver-Deals will make every reasonable effort to track and pay
commissions for all sales that apply to an affiliate. However, the Program Owner
is not responsible for technical problems, acts by third parties, or other
events outside our reasonable control which may temporarily disrupt or diminish
this service.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas and the
United States.
Modifications To Affiliate Agreement
The Program Owner reserves the right to modify this affiliate agreement at any
time without notice.
